Orders and Shipping:

We accept all major credit cards (Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and AfterPay. We reserve the right to change the payment methods we are able to accept at any time.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

Orders are packed and shipped on business days only. Most orders are delivered within approximately 10 business days from the order date. As we use a third party to deliver orders, delivery times are estimates only. It is possible your order may arrive earlier or later. There may be delays for holidays. Watch for an email from us with tracking information.

Shipping Options:

Australia - All orders over $35 AUS include free standard shipping anywhere Australia Post delivers. Orders under $35 AUS will be issued a $8.95 AUS shipping fee. We only ship on business days, so if you order on a weekend or holiday, add an extra day (or two) to shipment timing. Don’t forget to check with our retailers in Australia listed on our website to see if you can purchase your DivaCup closer to home.

New Zealand - All orders to NZ get a flat rate of $10 AUS. We only ship on business days, so if you order on a weekend or holiday, add an extra day (or two) to shipment timing. Don’t forget to check with our retailers in New Zealand listed on our website to see if you can purchase your DivaCup closer to home.

International - This shop is created for Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally. If you are in the USA or Canada please visit shopdiva.com to place an order. 

Duration of Shipping:

Free standard shipping usually takes around 8 days + our handling time of 1-2 days

Order cancellations:

Orders that haven’t shipped can be cancelled. Please email support@bartonbrands.com.au to find out if your order has shipped, and if it has not, our customer service team can provide you instructions on cancelling your order.

Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. And note that sometimes when a refund is processed, the purchase may disappear from your statement altogether. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout, and may be processed through a third party payment processor.
